To get to the Gili islands you can either come from Lombok or Bali.
From Lombok: You can fly into Lombok International Airport and get a public boat which takes around 15 minutes or speed boat from Bangsal harbour to Gili Air. You will need to get a taxi or private car from the airport to Bangsal which takes around 1.5 hours. We have a trusted driver in Lombok that we recommend and can book for you.
From Bali: There are many fast boat companies operating from Bali to the Gili Islands, for comfort and reliability we recommend the Eka Jaya company who will pick you up from your hotel in Bali, transfer you by mini bus to Padang Bai harbour where you will board their boat for the 1.5 hour journey to Gili Air. You can choose to sit in air conditioned comfort or enjoy the view from the open top deck. Email us to book.
